Avery Weston (she/they) is a proud Midwestern theater kid originally from Minnesota. She will be spending her 2026/27 season as a Stage Management Apprentice at Milwaukee Rep. They are a University of Wisconsin-La Crosse alum and hold a Bachelor of Arts in Stage Management along with minors in Theater Design/Technology and Multidisciplinary Theater Studies. She has spent time on stage management teams, as a designer, dramaturg, carpenter, and scenic painter, and loves expanding her skill set to be able to collaborate and communicate with everyone involved in a production.

In leadership roles, Avery strives to show up honest, curious, and genuine. She is a firm believer that there is always more to learn and in finding joy in all stages of theater-making.

When Avery is not in the theater, they enjoy hiking, rock climbing, and spending time outdoors. She is also a huge fan of The Rocky Horror Picture Show and attends midnight screenings whenever she can.
